“Walking the Services Tightrope” is a new white paper authored by SPI Research that describes how professional services organizations need to shift their focus to capitalize on the recovering economy. As they do so, however, firms need to balance a myriad of competing priorities in order to ensure that growth and profitability can be sustained over the long run.
The paper goes on to explain how managers are now increasingly relying on professional services automation software to help them strike this balance. Finally, it illustrates how firms using Projector demonstrated significantly better performance than organizations who were using competing PSA tools or who hadn’t yet invested in deploying a PSA.
